How do I pay
Payment can be made through PayPal. It is Secure, Easy, and Free, and is my preferred method of payment. For more information visit www.paypal.com.
Please make payment within seven days of ordering. If you do encounter any problems, please email me.
I can also accept Personal Cheques or Postal order. If you wish to pay by this method, email me with details of the product you wish to purchase, and I will advise you on how to proceed.
Postage is Free to a UK address. I am unable to post worldwide at present.
I can also send items by 'Recorded signed for Delivery' for an optional extra.
All purchases will be sent within 2 working days of your payment clearance.
What are the Returns Policy
Please return the item in original condition and packaging within 10 days using recorded delivery.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How are items Packaged
All of my jewellery is presented in a delicate organza bag free of charge, and carefully wrapped and despatched in a padded envelope. You could opt for a gift box at a small extra charge, I leave that entirely up to you.
You use the term AB Crystals in your descriptions, what does it mean?
AB crystals (Aurora Borealis) are created from clear crystals that are coated with a special film on one side. This film reflects light spectacularly and shines different colours depending on its surroundings. I think they look fabulous.
